Products specifically labelled “Research Use Only” are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational or scientific research purposes.

Research-use products are not represented as approved therapeutic products and must not be used for human consumption, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any disease or medical condition unless the particular product is separately lawfully supplied for such purpose under applicable Australian regulatory requirements.

Customers purchasing research-use products acknowledge that they understand the designated purpose and regulatory status of those products and accept responsibility for ensuring that their acquisition, possession, handling and use comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Products that are lawfully authorised or supplied for human therapeutic use, if any, are subject to separate regulatory requirements and must not be treated as “Research Use Only” products.
