Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our peptide and research products, and the importance of maintaining product integrity, appropriate storage conditions and chain of custody, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Once products leave our controlled environment, we cannot verify how they have been transported, handled or stored. For this reason, returned products cannot ordinarily be placed back into inventory.

However, this policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly and provide your order number, details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging.

Each eligible claim will be assessed in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.
